We are introducing our first decaf coffee. This coffee came from a collection of small farmers in Huehuetenango from the Antiguan estates, Guatemala. The “Cafeteros” is a coffee blend produced and collected from the small farms. With the cultivar bourbon being the majority, but with some typica and cattura mixed to it. The coffee went though a decaffeination process done by Swiss Water in Vancouver, BC. Known for their chemical-free and water-based decaffeination process that helps retain volatile compounds that is responsible for the coffee’s flavor and aroma.
