Brazil Fazenda Dutra

Fazenda Dutra is located at Matas de Minas. This farm’s owner, Esnilson Alves Dutra and his family are proud with their farm because it had often been awarded with COE (Cup of Excellence Coffee Quality Awards) in Brazil. Their coffees are also certified by the BSCA (Brazil Specialty Coffee Association).

Pulped Natural is one of the common processing method in the Brazil coffee. Different from traditional sun dried (natural process), the fruit pulp is removed before the drying, that makes the dying process faster and having less chances on committing errors in the fermentation process. This is one of the reasons that contribute to the fruitiness in their coffee.
